Once every quarter, Breaducation offers a free, two-part live Zoom class for anyone who wants to learn sourdough clearly and confidently—right from their own kitchen.
This class is based on Breaducation’s live, in-person instruction, without the expense, travel, or competition for counter space.
Schedule
• Part 1: March 21st — 10:00–10:45 AM PST
• Part 2: March 22nd — 10:00–10:45 AM PST
What We’ll Cover
• Culture care, mixing, conditioning, and fermentation
• Perpetuation dough, forming loaves, baking, and live Q&A
Requirements
• An active sourdough culture (local pickup available if needed)
• A digital kitchen scale
• Registration required (Zoom link and prep notes sent after signup)
