Class Synopsis: Join award-winning baker and instructor John Durrant for an immersive and hands-on baking experience! Whether you're a novice or an experienced baker, this exciting and informative class is the perfect way to learn the secrets of crafting delicious sourdough breads. "Breaducator" John will share his extensive knowledge and insights from his upcoming book, Daily Bread: A Baker’s Bible.

This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of sourdough and other specialty breads in a fun and engaging way. You’ll gain practical experience and leave with a deeper understanding of the art and science of baking.
