Two ribbons my  first year of entering. 


For several years I was interested in bread baking. But I was too intimidated to attempt sourdough bread.      John at Breaducation introduced me to his easy step-by-step process. Within a very short amount of time my breads were beautiful and delicious.  John’s mentoring gave me the confidence to enter my bread in the state fair. I won two ribbons my first time competing in the North State Fair. Not only has Breadeducation given me the ability to bake bread for my family and friends. I am now much more confidence in all my culinary skills.
