Class Synopsis

Join award-winning baker and instructor John Durrant for an immersive, hands-on baking experience tailored to your group. Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or looking to sharpen advanced skills, this class delivers clear instruction, real dough work, and practical results.

Drawing from decades of baking and his upcoming book, Daily Bread: A Baker’s Bible, John guides you through the art and science of fermentation in a relaxed, engaging format. You’ll bake, ask questions, and leave with confidence—not confusion.

This is one flexible experience: private when you want it, social when you want it.
