Each series includes two sessions.

Registration for each Zoom-based baking class closes on the Saturday before the scheduled class. Upon registering, students will receive an email with a list of all necessary ingredients and materials. Ingredients may include sourdough culture or yeast, flour, sugar, eggs, olive oil, or other specific items depending on the class module. Students are responsible for acquiring these items in advance. Refunds are only available if requested before the Monday night preceding the class.
